The name Form to Table was derived from the term farm-to-table. A movement that often supports local farmers and businesses, keeping money within the community and fostering local economic growth. In our case, the concept has two meanings. We handle the transaction from contract to closing, but we also believe in the power of collaboration. How To Get Started

If you are interested in working with us, a New Agent Form must be completed. This will provide us with the necessary information to ensure your transactions run smoothly.

We manage the administrative and compliance aspects from contract-to-close, allowing agents to focus on client service and sales. 

Reviewing Documents

BUYER:
CONTRACT-TO-CLOSE

  • Weekly communication with the buyer via email.

  • ​Assist client in completing attorney info sheet.

  • Ensure all contracts, addenda, and disclosures are reviewed, compliant, and properly signed. 

  • Ensure financial steps are completed as required. (DD/EMD)

  • Send utility sheet for completion

  • Monitor critical dates to keep transaction on schedule.

  • Schedule all services and inspections.

  • Coordinate services with cooperating agent.

  • Ensure CD/HUD is received in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Confirm seller receives all final documents before closing

  • Act as liaison between all parties involved

  • Coordinate services with cooperating agent.

  • Ensure completion of utility sheet

  • Coordinate services with cooperating agent

  • Ensure CD/HUD is received in accordance with regulatory requirements.
